Do you do different type of lease agreements based on the college semester or are students responsible for the summer months as well?

I am not familiar with this one but I would probably want to talk to some of their current and/or previous clients/students for their perspective. 

He told me he is a 50 year old millionaire from CA and he has fourteen students.

That's not to disparage the legal profession, I just think it's a clash of personality.Still, although I wouldn't make the same choice over again, I am trying to find a silver lining. 

first of all thank you for replies.im thinking to get a loan for 150k. buy a house for 100 and use 50 toward reno. i have 10 years of experience in house repairs so im planning on doing some repairs myself. i have many saved and i just paid of all my credit cards, student loand etc. also how soon can i sell my house meaning by law do i have to wait 2 years since its my first house?

I can rent it out every year to college students with 5-6 different leases.
