Does anyone else have interesting things they include in their direct mail pieces?

I've found a piece of ground (2.6 acres) that is priced very reasonably. 

My journey into the real estate industry has been a great learning experience and has been fulfilling as I connect the pieces of my customers dreams to have their own home, or expand their investment portfolio.

I'm just starting out too, as a fellow Floridian the first piece of advice I can give you is to pay extra attention to insurance costs.

Probably cost you two grand and give you piece of mind.

I think from  piece of mind Perspectice, I will likely stick to condo then. 

It took some time to piece together.

So many off market pieces of land we pick up a seller paid tens of thousands for an architect to write up unbuildable/sellable plans. 

Not to mention all those little rubber pieces floating out in heavy rains & covering the walkways.
