I also haven't been able to work because I have a month and a half old which is why I'm trying to implement a plan for once I am able to get back to working that will allow me a flexible schedule to be able to be with my children.

I have done about 40-50 deals I have been wholesaling now for 2 years, I quit my job when I started doing well in wholesaling, but now I am considering going back for a couple shifts a week just for social reasons to get out of the house etc… I just find life is becoming very routine now that I am established in wholesaling and looking for something to mix it up a bit!

I have them reach out to the tenant to schedule a time they can come by (this is best for everybody except the contractor, but I am paying them afterall).It definitely takes some effort to make things easier on yourself, but once you get there you'll recognize it and realize it's not nearly as bad as what you thought!
