I also haven't been able to work because I have a month and a half old which is why I'm trying to implement a plan for once I am able to get back to working that will allow me a flexible schedule to be able to be with my children.

I was scheduled to be part of the panel at Monday's night general meeting but it was postponed due to threat of snow.

We do routine maintenance inspections so we have an idea of which units will need more time to be presentable.

A credit card that they routinely charge up etc.

I have done about 40-50 deals I have been wholesaling now for 2 years, I quit my job when I started doing well in wholesaling, but now I am considering going back for a couple shifts a week just for social reasons to get out of the house etc… I just find life is becoming very routine now that I am established in wholesaling and looking for something to mix it up a bit!

They are very knowledgeable on the type of transactions that investors consider routine but that many attorneys don't work with.

So going to try to set up the closing for late next week.....already a week ahead of schedule!

I have them reach out to the tenant to schedule a time they can come by (this is best for everybody except the contractor, but I am paying them afterall).It definitely takes some effort to make things easier on yourself, but once you get there you'll recognize it and realize it's not nearly as bad as what you thought!

When I joined a brokerage they of course wanted me to do floor time, I was on the schedule for two months, one evening a week.
