@Matthew Paul, I have actually yet to travel farther out of the city besides to the airport.

You say you live in a small town , word travels fast , when you have just 1 wholesale deal go south your name will be no good . 

In their records, you are the one suppose to be paying for tax property so you are responsible.

@John Mills have you searched the recording office to see if any of the owners have an address different from the property address?

The building and zoning department should have all of these records if you swing by there.

I was working through an agent (a big headache) who was telling me that the mobile homes were tenant owned, but the tax records listed them all as being held by one person (not the owner).  

What is the zoning on it R1 or 4 plex by tax records?
