Zillow and other AVM's (automated valuation models) are never going to be what the people promoting them hope them to be.

As a landlord with a large number of tenants that depend on me making the proper business decisions to maintain the health of my business I do not make emotion based decisions.

Unless it is a health hazard, causing damage, or an outward nuisance to neighbors, how they live inside their unit is not your concern.
