Looking for a mastermind or networking group

I'm an active commercial real estate investor who is interested in joining a networking or mastermind group. Unfortunately most of what I've been able to find online are groups that either focus of house flipping or are over the top full of hype.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a group that is comprised of smart serious commercial real estate investors. I don't particularly care where the group holds its meetings and cost is of a secondary concern if the group is comprised of the right types of individuals.

Appreciate your thoughts-Mark

Mark S. - why not start your own mastermind group? This way you can screen for people who are like-minded.
