All my tenants pay directly to my account using just my business email.

This would allow you to save money that you could potentially invest in things like real estate, notes and private companies, however you have the peace of mind that if you need the money, it can be easily accessed.  

You can get a lot done with email/phone/virtual tours/etc. 

Are you saying you've had three private lenders invest with you to purchase property?

Google will collect any articles that pertain to the keyword and send you a report with links via email.

there are some services, but you end up with garbage and a general real estate submittal email.  

I do have a private investor willing partner with the deal.

Just received an email from them notifying me that they are going to shut of the service in 10 days and they might need me to "provide the access to the property, if my tenants wouldn't cooperate."
