Collecting Rent From Tenants
Hello All,
As the title says I am interested in learning how to collect tenant rents. I am about look at a promising property and if everything checks out I'm going to look at making an offer. How do you go about collecting tenant rents/security deposits? Is there an automatic billing system I can set up? How do you guys do it and what seems to work best?
thanks
jimmy

With most major banks adopting the Zelle quick pay, it’s become very easy to collect. All my tenants pay directly to my account using just my business email. I get an email notification when they have initiated the payment and money shows pending a few hours later.
