.… The “have Nots” want what the “Have’s” have.So if it comes down to a popular vote then if more of the popular opinion have nothing they will vote to take what the “Have’s” have.

The only reason I would suggest doing it is if you were planning on doing Property Management for other customers other than just your own businesses.  

I would also look at Google reviews and look for bad reviews, especially reviews written by landlord customers and not tenants.

I want to start to resale, self help material, dvds, training for customers, homeowners, to buy off me from my marketing.

I have language in all of my contracts that says the original completion date is invalidated as soon as the customer starts making change orders.I'm not saying that his unresponsiveness is excusable or that going 2x over the timeline is okay.

Mom/Pop in C and D markets can survive without them since in a town of 1,000 to 50,000 the customers can find you.
