Also, your situation is likely difft than mine where you may not have a high mortgage to deal with and the rent numbers pencil better for you.If there are any negatives, not many, but 1 concern i had back then, and still do, is they just keep building and building and building more homes.

Utilities are less of a concern because you should let your tenants pay if units are individually metered or use a chargeback system if they are not individually metered.
