Hi Jenkins Ramon.My ultimate goal is to do real estate full time, and by full time I mean hardly any of my time as I would like more freedom to pursue my own hobbies and passions beyond real estate.

Rehabbing, Commercial, Multi-families, i would enjoy any and every opportunity. i currently work full time as a firefighter, so this affords me lots of time off for my passion in real estate. if nothing else i would love to have lunch and pick the brain of an experienced investor.

Do you have a passion for it that doesn't exist with more traditional RE? 

I love the whole REI business and I'm very passionate about it.

Outside of RE, what's your passion?

I personally like to do a combination of picking up 2nd suite conversions for the long-term passion income and building a new house for sale every few years.

Being that I work in residential construction full time, I have built up a passion for taking ugly things and broken things and making them something to her appreciated and admired.
