Updated over 6 years ago,
Ok so i am just starting, i have been to my first reia meeting.
I have talked to quiet a few potential investors & people who have been wholesaling or other parts of realestate for years. I can tell you the Orlando reia meeting was incredible but i still have questions i need answered for a better direction on setting up my first deal. I have a list of about 15 houses so far with owners being potential sellers. My questions are two sided.
1st question
After finding investors with out a purchase and sale agreement contract, what written up form of a deal should i show them inorder to gain their interest? What should be on the paperwork... before i ever go to the step of a purchase sale agreement?
2nd question
Once i put this deal into process how should i handle dealing with my investor and the seller, will it be casual? Has a seller ever asked to meet any of your investors? Have contracts been broken? And what is the best way to make sure i keep relationships good and buisness continuing after a closed deal.
