As I begin my research, do you by any chance have any expert tips or recommendations regarding pulling comps/determining ARV that I won’t find online?

I have not seen this when I search online.

Hello there biggerpocketeans,New to this goup, and was wanting to know what is the best online resource for finding how much the rental demand there is in any selected market, and how many vacancies there are, also average rental rates.  

This is all based on my research and what I think would be most viable to me as of now, I would even love to meet REI's and potential partners for the near future (wholesaling or not I plan on being financially free no matter my path and acquiring properties) I have graphic design and video editing experience, would love to trade work to any REI's in the Asheville area in exchange for knowledge and help.

Does anyone know of any groups or an online site that would be a good place to present these deals and find a longer-term partner?
