So here are my questions and to simply please answer the questions numerically.

My inclination is to think that people tend to see you as more of a legitimate entity if you have a web presence, but I wouldn't really know in terms of wholesaling.

Since you have all of 2018 to do, I’d see what export formats are available for your bank (you’ll need web connect format for Quickbook Desktop and csv for Quickbooks Online).  

Is there a web/app technology associated with the system that would allow us to track certain things remotely?

I have numerous stoves 20+ years old that work fine.
