It appears that the "real estate goals" section of my profile on the app repeated the same words twice (I definitely typed it once), yet on the website the same section appears fine.Can anyone please help with a way to edit this or is Bigger Pockets able to remedy this issue of repetition?

Mostly, they have great apps (generally), but so many restrictions; two examples being limits on check deposits, and no facility to wire funds to title co's or contractors... both of which require going into a branch - both so not 2016!

The verizon app also is pretty easy to forward.  

I'd love to sell real estate and make a career out of it but with all the internet tools and more and more discount broker apps like Redfin will real estate agents even be around in 10-20 years?

I am 26 years old.I just downloaded this app after stumbling upon the BiggerPockets video channel which I found in the real estate Reddit sub.I began to watch shows on DIY and HGTV as a young teenager and was always amazed at how the hosts were able to change a broken down home into something amazing and make profit.

I have a basic set up to start for leads from DM, but the origin of this post was to ask if anyone has any advice, experience, or tips about setting up an custom app for your buyers list/new buyers.

I am subscribed to all the major RE apps and websites and i look thru them and mls daily.

I've ended up using my HELOCs like credit cards, playing musical chairs with balance transfers. 

Get addicted to the Podcasts, you can learn soooo much from them, I have replaced my radio/music with podcasts when I ride in the car, and have turned off the TV to listen to podcasts, participate in Webinars and read!
