Hi BP Community!

My wife (@Gladys Figueroa-Toledo) and I are beginning our business in real estate investing. Our goal is to build a portfolio of rental properties and also flip houses. We are committed on finding our first deal in the next 90 days!

We are getting into this business understanding that it is hard work and that it will take time. Right now, we are focused on getting educated, of course, leveraging a lot of the resources in Bigger Pockets. We are currently learning more about the market in our area and also focused on building our network.

We are located in the Frederick, MD and would love to connect with people in this area. I have attended REIA meetings in Bethesda, MD, but we are seeking a REIA closer to us in Frederick, MD. We are also looking for recommendations of accountants in our area.
