This will dictate where you purchase and look for properties based on that number alone.My point is that you always start with the end in mind and work it backwards, this creates the strategy (Buy and hold, flip, Wholesale, Notes) which will be driven by the tactic (SFR, MFR, Mobile homes, Short term rental etc) I always coach people and explain that the property is actually the last piece of the puzzle not the first.Hope this helps

They’ve been aggregating this data for >15 years plus give you MLS data, allow you to run comps yourself, have integrated direct mail and other marketing channels, and have a mobile app for driving for dollars.

For sure . . . mobile is a variable quality and longevity variant of houses and this type (more modular than your typical manufactured home) seems like a mobile home on a slab foundation in some cases, and on piers with fancy skirting in others.Ultimately I'd rely on a robust due diligence period before jumping into this without having the ability to walk the property first.
