I think that anyone who claims to know what's going to happen 21 months from now, let alone 21 years from now, is click bait media at it's worst.If the coasts continue surging in price and passing nutty rent control laws, those will probably be some of the worst places to invest for anyone who doesn't have billions of $$$ lying around and an army of lawyers to keep ahead of all the red tape and regulations.Another thing is the leading nature of statistics: raw population growth does not always correlate to rising demand for houses to the extent that it will push up prices and rents.  

You have to decide on how you will market to them is it via direct mail, cold calling, door knocking, or social media.

Obviously as you know already know , the media has been putting millennials into this nice little bubble and saying all these great things 247.

In my opinion social media plays a tremendous role.

@Kirdare Luciano There's tons of information right here on BP and on other social media.  

We have it integrated with our website to run for rent ads through it which also get pushed out to Zillow and Trulia etc...We also have web integrated owner portals and tenant portals along with everything else one would expect in a PM software.

It may be social media, it maybe swinging a hammer.

I will get local media involved and also local council man.

The ease of use / user interface I think one of the more valuable components - meaning: how quickly can you learn to use it and integrate it into your business?
