What is the best way to get leads on properties?

This is a popular question here on BP discussed many times over. Do a search for finding motivated seller leads and you should find a ton of posts on the topic.

Purchasing lists is probably the least effective and most costly on my opinion as everybody does them and the list companies sell the same lists to many clients. If you want true leads, you need to source them by internet with landing pages, Facebook ads, etc and use SEO. For boots on the ground, nothing beats door knocking in my opinion. Referrals from others like accountants, divorce attorneys, BK attorneys, etc (in other words, relationships) is a key factor in helping develop leads.
