@Brian Burke  one of my long time business partners in Honolulu does this.. they create investments for clients and put solar on condo projects in the Islands.. it works there because cost of elec is highest in the country.. and for those living in Hawaii the tax break is pretty fabulous..

Unless this property is on an exotic Island, or could be knocked down transformed into a higher rent strip mall or something, It doesn't look like a great deal unless it's bought for 1 Million.
