Greetings! My name is Pablo Soto. I am currently a college student, starting sophomore year next month at the University of Puerto Rico. My dream is to become a full time real estate investor before I graduate. Puerto Rico is in a decade long recession, and my gut tells me that there are many real estate opportunities across the Island that once the economy gets back on track, the properties will appreciate greatly. So far I've only read about investing, but I want to purchase a multifamily residence in the near future. I am very passionate about investing, and I want to dedicate my professional life to acquiring real estate investments and perhaps many years down the road, invest in private companies also. All responses are welcomed. Thank you.
