What area of real estate are you involved in?

We got involved with Travis Peterson through Todd Morgan and regret it.

Basically, it involves looking at a lot of houses, listings, sold information, and really learning your area.

Can someone please explain this process/ the steps involved?

Not everyone can 'do' self-employed because it involves wearing so many hats, and wearing them well.Guy I know is a mechanic.

Most wholesale deals will be you dealing directly with a motivated homeowner and there will not be an agent involved.
