This phases out if your income is over $100k and goes to zero over $150k.

I am a new member and thought I would take a moment to say hello to the BP world and introduce myself.My name is Jared Carpenter and I am at a phase of my life where I am ready to work for myself 100% and commit fully to making real estate investing my career.  

MH Parks are an asset class my partners and I are looking at, and we have partnered with a MHP consulting company to help us with deal flow, the initial valuation of a park, the due diligence phase while in escrow and to run/off-site manage the park for us, so we can be passive investors and be out looking for other deals.

I'm still in the learning phase, so I can give an opinion.

I am currently in the learning phase just taking in everything I can before actually going out to look for a deal; my wife has also said our house needs to be done first! 

I would consider myself still in the growth / asset accumulation phase.

Often times the majority of those are temporary positions during the construction phase, with workers abandoning the area shortly after it's all set.

Whoever buys that house will be stuck with these scammers as long as they can milk the no rent phase of life.Good thing is the election will be done in a few months and then both parties will not be trying to give away our assets to buy votes from the needy.

You want a construction loan with a commercial bank at 10% down and interest only during construction and rent up phase to about 10 or 20%.
