I've tried in the past, and found that I'm generally too soft on tennants to be a good landlord, but I'd like to re-evaluate that situation and build a book of income property, so I'm hoping to glean some advice and possibly some practical solutions to address my landlord shortcommings before I jump back in to that segment of REI.I hope that gives a little more detail on me, and again I appreciate the warm welcome thus far.

There are also legal issues in that certain changes to a loan could trigger a chance in the liens position (some modifications are in effect treated as a new loan so the recording date moves).The trusts who are holding paper that has lost significant value (mark to market pricing) will be only too willing to agree changes in the trust provisions if the change will significantly improve the value of the asset.

I suspect you will find you have zero legal rights to use any part of it other than qhen quoting small sections in reviews, etc.At a practical level it will not been too big of a deal.
