Hi all,I'm in the market to acquire a property management company/portfolio and was wondering if anyone could speak to the reality of going the franchise route. 

Bull market: most everyone makes money.  

Do a Google search for "Boommates" and you'll find references to the Golden Girls TV show and discussions about two significant issues older people face: the high cost of housing and loneliness.For younger people, we call this "house hacking," where someone buys a house and takes in roommates to help cover the costs.

I work closely with the REC, AGs office and the state legislator in Maryland and DC on regulatory and legislative issues around real estate and housing.

What type of loan are you in the market for ? 

We have some off market properties that will cashflow day one.  

Placing such trust in me in this town where 1) I want him to bring more such deals to me 2) have a reputation in this market to maintain makes more sense.  

I was quoted for a secondary house mortgage (vacation house), and it was not a DSCR loan. there was no pre-payment penalties. sorry about that!!
