Hi all,I'm looking to house hack in the next year or two and have been connecting with brokers and looking on Redfin, Zillow, Movoto, etc.I'd really prefer to buy a Triplex or Quadplex, but I'm having a hard time finding many if any options.

Check past home values and rental rates using sites like Zillow and Realtor.com or local house market reports.

I would send every ugly house someone's way of they send me their ugly mobile home and RV my way.

Example: Tenant experiences a loss due to some house issue.

I entered into a contract to buy the land, and informed the note holder (seller) of the house I recently purchased that I would be substituting the lot as collateral in place of the house.
