@Jay Hinrichs - Funny you should ask - I googled "Orange County FL foreclosure auctions" to find the correct site for my reply above, and most of the results were paid sites that charge a fee for what's actually provided for free on the official county website.The fact that the counties outsource it to Realforeclose makes it even more confusing (since the "official" site is hosted by a third party).

Oh @Leigh Ann Smith, VERY IMPORTANT point I was about to forget: when you become a regular host on vrbo (not pay per booking), then unlike airbnb, vrbo discloses the contact information of the guests, even before they book.
