Is BP the right platform for implementing BOTG or do we (someone... ) need to implement elsewhere. www.bpBoTG.com is available, but seems like a BP solution is better.

Appreciation is a gamble in my state due to boom bust cycles.

This platform would allow those in the industry to Meet, Chat, Connect, Share and Learn- A combination of Linked-In, Facebook and Meetup but  more locally focused than national/worldwide. ex: For state of Georgia/Nevada/Texas/California ONLYSince Real Estate is a local industry, this will allow people to network locally and ultimately help each other complete work and get things done. 

I do not know if the courts will like that as a basis for claiming you can do the probate, but for a dollar I would gamble on it myself. 

That is something you have a choice over in your life.A positive way is exercising, having healthy hobbies etc.Destructive is addictive type problems like over eating, drinking, smoking, social disorders, doing drugs, compulsive gambling, infidelity etc.

The question is one of a strategic gamble and the stress you want on you and your family.
