Doing Auctions online using private lenders money

Hi Investors

My next venture is doing online auctions. I want to raise some capital from investors and start buying properties online. Does anyone have a power point plat form or video they use for this level of Real estate investing. I want advise on how i approach these private money lenders. I have spent numerous hours studying the plaintiff and 3 party bidders in my county and have a great understanding of who they are and their buying behavior. I feel confident i can have success once i raise my capital with the private money.

One last question, How do i set up the account for the capital once i have raised the money from approaching the private money lenders once i share my pitch. I realize many will have self directed IRA and real Estate IRA however, where do i secure the money for bidding
