So if the veteran will occupy that new home, then a VA loan can be used in some fashion here. 

For example if in your case 2 of the 4 owners didn't have any proof of income would you still be able to get approved operate in the same fashion?

I cook a nice breakfast, offer them a ride downtown for the football game, and they have their own bathroom to use, so its not particularly awkward in that regard.
