Hi All,I'm looking for advice on channels for advertising a deal to potential investors.Do you ladies and gentleman have suggestions on platforms (online and offline) for connecting with individuals and groups to find a good fit for a joint venture on the following project overview?

The fixed rate that causes this threshold to be crossed is your ARM max rate you can tolerate.Terms of each ARM differ, but you can take the worst case set of rate changes and determine how many years before your toleration rate can possibly be reached. 

If you own other properties, the lender may allow cross-collateralizing vs. out of pocket funds you would otherwise have to generate. 

Use them.Each property is a bit different and takes some unique care, but many things are 100% the same across all platforms...

Plus no NMLS.. and or any other affiliation on the website.I know lending is crossing state lines these days.. and I sure have done it being the largest HML in Mississippi in my day .. and all from Oregon. 

Often, they may very well give you the answers you're after, as it's possible they already crossed that bridge.  

What a platform this BP family is.

She had been placed at a motel by Red Cross and complained that the property management didn't fix the loose power outlets in the living room when she reported loose outlets and wires!!!  

Chrsitmas trees and Menorahs were fine.....Nativity Scenes, crosses, stars of David were not ok.

Fairly simple platform and easy to access when you want.
