Conduct your due diligence when selecting a partner.

unless you have money to burn, you only tear it down if you HAVE TO...such as there's extensive structural damage, roof totally gone and gutting isn't enough. you got some serious due diligence to do so get to running them numbers.  

The company I hang my license with develops over 10% of the SFH in the center city area, and as such we have an extensive contractor list as well as in-house property management.
