Make sure you have a good calendar management tool, such as hospitable, so you don't double book!

Costar.com is Loopnet's bigger/affiliated brother, and is a very common tool for professionals.

Hey @Jose Perez - you can check out some of the tools that others have already posted but you might have to pay for them.

While I manage for a few of my clients, most I set them up with the tools to automate things and they are able to run it without issue.

Other payment tool I have used is of course the cashier check which is solid but very slow. 

Want to have a tool with all notes, sort/filter options, reminders etc.
