Zelle, the holy grail payment tool in STR business

In our STR business, we often need to transfer money to/from guests fast, free, reliable, easy. Especially for those dealing occasionally out of the platforms (airbnb/vrbo). Paypal has been the most popular so far but it has it's own issues (mainly fees and charge-backs). Other payment tool I have used is of course the cashier check which is solid but very slow. Zelle solves both problems. It has now been adopted by most national banks and credit unions. In some cases it has replaced the bank's own tool (ex: WellsFargo). So you don't even need to create an account with Zelle. You can send/receive money right from your bank account app on mobile or desktop with just the guest's phone number or email address.

I've started using it recently and see big potential. Check it out if you are not familiar with.

Anyone else is using it?
