I hope you and others were just as vocal and concerned when BLM protesters chanted "pigs in a blanket" calling for the execution of police officers, while others set entire city blocks on fire and looted millions from innocent business owners.  2 of the 5 who died at the capitol were from natural causes (1 suspected stroke, 1 heart attack), one was in question as a potential drug overdose but unknown. 1 was shot by capital police (the lady you've seen in the video) and one capitol police officer was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher and died shortly after. 

I took that to heart and focused on building a portfolio of rentals.

I am an educator at my core (previous career as a teacher) and a designer in my heart (lots of renovations). 

I would also have the fear they just tossed a heart beat into the unit.

I know the owner and he has a big heart for people, but I'm nervous about absorbing these leases and tenants as it stands.

And if I buy with that money somewhere else, I probably would have to take a mortgage anyway, because there is nothing you can buy these days less than 130-150K...If the house was worth 150K, I would sell it in a heart beat and would of bought another one somewhere else for the same price but with higher rents...

Later it boosts the amount of dry powder.
