A lot of folks are also leaving cold climates moving to warmer areas as well, if you notice a lot of the cities pointed out in your report are in the sunbelt region.

Looked a long time at wholesaling, raising money and all, looking for a 'perfect' solution.But now that my other business is doing well, there are some deals I can now do by myself, without raising money or anything.Being from Canada, where RE prices are just waaaay too high, and winter is pretty cold, I am looking for a place to spend some time in the winter months.

BUT if you can be local do it, try cold calling and doing digging.

Not so fast.....his wife (who did not see the home) got cold feet and 12 hours before we were out of DD they backed out.

Hello anxiety and cold feet.

The weather was getting warmer (gets REALLY hot here in the summer) and the a/c would run but wasn't putting out really cold air. 

If you have a high budget, direct mail can be a good choice and with a low budget, you can try cold calling but whatever you choose, try to be persistent.

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to how to go about landscaping a flip property during the cold (December/January) months in Portland, Oregon.
