That's tough.Maybe go to work for one of them as their listing specialist or buyers agent, and then you put the deal together based on that with a commission sharing structure that is set up already before the deal starts.Off market deal can be tough too...as if there is no agreement for compensation....then maybe no one gets paid.

@Julian Joseph so you want someone who is successful in the Airbnb space to tell you how to compete with them but you "don't mind buying lunch" as compensation for their endless knowledge?

They can then perform my lead capture, visit properties if necessary, and act as project manager or listing agent for additional compensation.  

At the moment, we don't have a clearly identified compensation structure for any leads that we get under contract to wholesale or keep.
