. :)   How do I find out about commercial properties for sale (MFH and/or self storage) and what does the relationship look like?

Owner has given me permission to do what is needed to sell the home and only desires $2500 for himself so he can place a deposit on a condo and move things to storage in meantime.

At that point we would post a Notice of Abandonment, immediately enter the unit, remove abandoned property for storage in a reasonably secure place, and change the locks.

I have an investment in a mini-storage and that's exactly what happened when we had to refi a couple of years ago. 

She moved out and continued to use the unit as her personal storage area for the next 2 months or so.
