I have a 3 flat in Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL that I am planning to list for sale in the next 3-6 months.Currently owner occupied in 1 unit (Duplex up, 3 bed 3 bath).The other 2 units (2 bed 1 bath each) are rented.I am wondering if it is more attractive to buyers to leave the 3 bed 3 bath unit vacant when I move out, or should I place a tenant in there and then list for sale?

My suggestion is to come up with a list of questions that are important to you and speak with all these "gurus".Then evaluate the responses and your long term goals to see if anyone in particular stands out and can bring you faster (!)

when i was in Honolulu last month I had to move from the  family condo for a few nights and tried again to book something on one of the sites but just could not figure it out and or cleaning fees and total fee's were just too much so I just went and stayed on the beach at Waikiki :)  easy to book there..
