Locate a wholesaler to buy 2BR/1Ba condo in Denver

I currently  own a 2BR/1Ba condo in Denver, CO. I recently moved out to care for my parents for an indeterminate time, 60 miles away. I am considering renting it or sell to a wholesaler?

I have a mortgage on it which is up to date. How do I find a wholesaler and how does this work if I do this?

@SharonElizabeth Hanany

if it's in reasonably good shape, don't sell to a wholesaler.
