Marketing does make a huge difference, especially if that “marketing” includes a promise of a better future for the larger neighborhood and soon, which a company rehabbing a bunch of inventory in a small area can make... as well as a potentially a lower price to the local comps in these newly-rehabbed units.My plan was to at least keep the previous price, which was market-rate.

However, Bright recently promised to start releasing market reports as we had them in Trend previously.

I am new to the REI world, but not new to entrepreneurship, and have recently come across a few leads that have been promising BUT my frustrations come from not knowing what/how to proceed in the process of getting the deal resulting in the seller likely believing i'm out to "scam" them.

However Boise is certainly showing a lot of promise.

The owner occupancy promise is a 12 month promise.
