Hi all,

This data is for small multifamily properties only. SF data will look very different.

Here is some statistical data from MLS. All the data is median and/or average for whole Philadelphia.

We still do not have good tools for making reports. However, Bright recently promised to start releasing market reports as we had them in Trend previously. As soon as I have access to the I will post them.

Hope this info maybe useful.

Cheers, Yuriy
