Although, because of the options for washing and drying they have a lot of computer chips in them and if those go bad then the price for parts and repair put you close to simply getting a new one.

If it is a minor then maybe it could be done sooner...I recently had one completed in six weeks, and I'll admit I was shocked...it was just sheer coincidence that I had a great reviewer, and minor comments etc to make it happen that quickly.I'd suggest if you need any dry utility work you get those service orders from SDGE ASAP so they can be included on the ROW submittal.

Most owners will not owner finance a property to 100% of its value, because then you have no skin in the game.

Hey Karly, we have a lender we work with that currently will go up to 95% LTV, but the rates are generally a bit higher. 10% down is typically the best I see for Jumbo, although most want 15-20% skin in the game so that's when the rates will start to be a bit more competitive.
