Seeking jumbo loan pricing that allows less than 10% down in DC
Good afternoon, all --
My husband and I are seeking a lender that has a jumbo loan product avaialble that allows for less than 10% down on a 2.1 million dollar property. The property we hope to purchase has income generating options. But it will also become our primary residence. Does anyone have any recommendations of lenders in the DC area who we can work with?
Alternatively, we could do 20% down on the new property by tapping the equity in our current home via HELOC. We have a great interest rate on our current property, and we'd like to hold onto it and rent it out, so we don't want to do a cash out refinance or sell.
Thanks so much!
