@Shannon L Fogarty the tried and true technique here is to ask other investors in your market who they are using.  

If they insist on charging you, then file a complaint with the Florida licensing board here: https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/real-estate-commission/complaints/When you file the complaint, the licensing board will notify the Broker.

This was all just luck of the draw here, but it sparked the interest in doing more in the sector of real estate investing.

Hey BP folks, it's a slow holiday weekend in Baltimore, so figured I'd get on here to introduce myself.
