Along with telling the tenant the water heater needs to be replaced, removing it and never replacing it, pulling the outside fuse to the central air in the middle of summer,  turning the gas off at the meter, throwing the main breaker and putting a lock on the breaker box and removing the front door for "refinishing".Gail

I would need to take a hard look at things like the fireplaces since there are 7 and I know in old properties sometimes they are not up to fire code. possible asbestos though the heat is radiant and it has central air, possible lead piping, and possible new electrical.
