Indiana Accountant Referral

Hello,

I'm seeking an accountant who has in-depth knowledge of real estate (obviously, as I'm posting this on a BP forum). I'm about to purchase my first rental property, a 4-unit apartment building located in Anderson, IN and want to make sure I get things kicked off right and maximize my tax savings, especially with a new year coming up.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Please keep in mind that I'm just a small-time investor at this point, but ultimately looking for a good professional who can be on my team for years to come as I grow my portfolio. I'd prefer someone in the Central Indiana area, but with today's technology, I wouldn't be opposed to referrals out of area either.

Thanks greatly in advance,
