There are innumerable empty commercial properties of every kind in Los Angeles .How can I take advantage of the existing situation not having much money to invest?

I wrote a blog post about a borrower who did everything to stall a foreclosure including multiple BK filings by different people and a civil lawsuit with an ex parte hearing before the trustee sale.Four months after we sold the property at trustee sale, I got a phone call out of the blue.

Every property (especially cash flowing older ones) will have its own problems, repairs, turnover, management fees, leasing fees, crappy tenants that do crappy things, a thunderstorm out of the blue that causes some damage , a clogged sewer drain, a tax reassessment, a furnace that needs replacing, a new roof...these will happen and they all cost money to solve.  

I’m a syndicator in the greater Los Angeles area, and I will be attending the next meetup you’re having @Brian Briscoe. 

Keep in mind, I only have SFH in Tulsa and they are all upper blue-collar/lower white collar neighborhoods (specifically in the 3/2 category in suburbs with good school districts).RE: Dallas..
