There are TONS of turnkey rental companies out there. 

Using others peoples money works too but keep in mind you will have the investors calling you everyday asking about where there is money is at and when do they expect their return.

@Mohammad Murad With a house hack you typically have negative cash flow and negative ROI while you’re living there.

I'm not sure why your mortgage broker mentioned there not being a prepayment penalty allowed in Ohio when I've closed a multitude of DSCR loans in OH that have prepayment penalties.

I know where they are and there is some motivation and responsibility here (hopefully).

If it's anything like our area, there is no inventory. 

There is nothing wrong with using them.

We’ve repeatedly asked the seller to provide the tenant’s rental payment history, but there has been no response.I asked my realtor how we can verify the payment history, but she didn’t directly answer and simply mentioned that I can either accept or deny the lease (it’s a month-to-month lease, which I’m fine with).Should I move forward with the sale?
