bear in mind cash out refinancing may be impossible at that price point.

@Nicole Collins just keep this mind as you search for your Multi-Unit / MF property . . . the  total gross rental income divided by the number of tenants / units = gross rental income per unit.

There's some benefit there in that I can always change my mind about selling if I'm not able to get the asking price I want, so I can retune the analysis with new data if I find bids coming in too low.

I want to get some opinions on a different perspective that came to mind to me regarding a house hack using an FHA Loan purchase.

Keep in mind, this area is definitely for cash flow and not for appreciation, it’s quite stagnant.Is is just me or is the price of 250k on this definitely NOT a deal?
